Make a good video game!

When making a good game, there are a number of factors to consider if your game is to survive in a market full of amazing game designs. Listed below are a few of the more important factors to consider when designing a great game.

Game graphics:

It is a common misconception that the best games are based on the best graphics. While there is good graphics, this factor alone will not be a good game when other factors are not up to standards that match the graphics. That said, however, it is fair to say that when combined with other equally important game design factors, great graphics can definitely give a game an advantage over other games with lower quality graphics. A few examples of this are the graphics-rich worlds of such games as Halo, Myst, Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy, Star Wars, and these are just a few of many games that can be considered to have good graphics. So it is safe to assume that a factor that is crucial to a good game, but which must be combined with other equally important factors, id for the game to have good graphics.

Game:

This factor is also a very important game design factor as it covers the point at which the game is played, the goal to be achieved and the possible interactions between the elements of the game, such as objects or characters that cannot be played. While a game should have decent gameplay and story, this fact again will not constitute a good game in itself. However, when mixed with good graphics, these two factors will give a game an edge over the competition. Gameplay can be either a simple process or a very complex process and still be a great game that we can see when we compare the game 'Tetris' with the game "Final Fantasy". Both games were smash hits that have so far remained on many people's list of good games. Gameplay itself has many facets that contribute to the whole Gameplay factor, which we will not explore here, but to name a few, a game designer will consider things like Storyline, alternative choices, natural physics, player interaction, etc., etc. Then again, we can see that this factor alone will not necessarily make a good game, but will definitely contribute to a good game when combined with other important factors in game design.

Game sound:

The Game Sound factor in game design is largely on par with Game Graphics. The quality of sound in a game can help determine a good game or not. Examples of this can be found in some of the earliest classics when we think of games like Zelda or the old Atari game called Frogger. Many of us can think of an old game that we can still clearly remember that the game music was given if some were enchanting, but most were catchy and addictive. Then we come to the game history and come to games that are heavily dependent on the gaming experience, such as games like Silent Hill or F.E.A.R. These games would not be nearly as good as they are at the moment if they had sound of lesser quality. And then again, we see another important factor that needs to be added to a game to make it a good game.

Replay:

This factor in game design has advanced dramatically over the years of game design, as the goals and objectives of our games have become more and more advanced and profound. To illustrate this point I will take you back in the game history to the old classic 'Tetris'. This game and others in this category were designed to play and set a record for that UFABET game, and then you play again and try to improve that record. Whether it's higher points, longer time to survive, further progress through the game or another increase in score, in the end, your only end goal is to beat the score set as the best score. Then, in later game history, we began to see more advanced playback in game design with the concept of strategy games, where a player makes a decision that then decides how the game should proceed from that point onwards.
