Hovercraft take the world by storm

The history of the hoverboard

First appearing on our screens in the 1980s, the hoverboard has been the dream of kids everywhere. It is a magical ability to carry you smoothly from one place to another, completely unhindered by the surface you are traveling on. Seeing Marty McFly fly over a pond on the scooter turned by a child, caused something in everyone, people began to consider it as possible. It is only fair that in 2015 we have come one step closer, as it is the next year that Marty and the professor visit.

In 2015 (for real), hoverboards really do exist! Don't get too excited though ... There needs to be a good amount of stuff in place for it to "float" like so. Lexus made a hoverboard famous for its ad, as part of a series of tech-related ads. His board needed a metal track to run over and a good portion of liquid nitrogen every now and then, not quite as practical as Marty's yet. The other hoverboard you're working on (which actually hovers over the ground, anyway) is a bit better, and you just need a metal skatepark to run over it. Unfortunately, there is no way to control the scrolling direction in this table, but it is a step in the right direction.

The hoverboards I'm referring to are of the 2-wheel, self-balancing type. They were first seen in action at the Canton Fair in China, a popular technology fair that has a lot of cool new gadgets displayed by their producers / inventors. Of course, it received a lot of attention, but clearly no one knew what it would become. In the first months of 2015, they hit the western world and rose to fame with some smart product locations. Justin Bieber and Chris Brown saw each other with the boards, and the rest is history! IO HAWK, one of the original importers of the hoverboard, had shipped a board or two to Justin and his clan completely free of charge, which has since paid off quite a bit.

Justin Bieber had one, so everyone else had to do it too. Naturally, the viral nature of the Segway Board caused its popularity to skyrocket. It was on everyone who was on the Snapchat story and on the Instagram page. If you didn't have a hoverboard, you were falling behind, which of course meant good things for importers of high demand, short supply people transporters. It was an easy job for them, taking them to the country was the most difficult task they faced.

Since it was such an easy job for such a big profit, hoverboard sales websites and pages popped up all over the place. You could fill a dictionary with the names people were giving them: Scoot Boards, SwayBoards, BalanceFoots, and more commonly hoverboards, despite the clear fact that their wheels are firmly planted in the ground. The reason why the hoverboard name became his first name is due to the feeling a user has when riding it, a feeling of "floating".

Where can I buy one?

As mentioned, the options you have on where to get them are almost endless. If you were to ask about all the hoverboard vendors, you will have a long evening! The main difference between resellers is prices, which range from $ 300 to $ 1800. Price differences are often justified in many different ways, from claiming they have the fastest in the world to claiming their battery is more efficient than all others. Actually, all tables are the same. Sometimes there are aesthetic differences like wheels or casings, but they all come from the same factory. Differences in prices are attempts of different sizes to make as large a profit margin as possible. You should aim to get as close to $ 300 for the standard hoverboard as possible, the lower you are getting scammed (especially under $ 250) and the higher you are paying too much!

The best results I've had are the seller comparison websites as they look at all the prices and safety of the floating skateboard sellers, making sure the place is trustworthy and safe and looking for the best deals. My recommendation is this cheaper hoverboard finder, as they have a strong social media presence on Twitter and Instagram with a lot of history. Also, many of your links go to Amazon sellers, who are extremely trustworthy. You can buy boards there for as low as $ 300 and they have many different models to choose from.
